These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DDrive mobile application and services ("Service"). By using DDrive, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DDrive.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid phone number for login.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
3. Service Overview
DDrive provides professional on-demand drivers for users. We do not provide vehicles; we provide drivers who operate user-owned vehicles.
4. Payments & Pricing
- Pricing is shown inside the app before booking.
- Taxes or additional fees may apply.
- Payment may be collected in-app or offline.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on when the trip is canceled.
- Refund processing (if applicable) can take 4–7 business days.
6. Location Permissions
DDrive requires access to your location for accurate pickup, driver matching, navigation, and live tracking. Background location is used only during an active trip.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate trip details.
- Ensure your vehicle is safe, insured, and legal to operate.
- No harassment, abuse, or illegal activity is permitted.
8. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must follow all local road laws, maintain professionalism, and ensure passenger safety.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Misuse of the platform
- Fraud or fake bookings
- Interfering with app functionality
10. Liability
DDrive is not responsible for:
- Damages to vehicles
- Loss of items
- Accidents caused by user vehicle issues
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and publish changes here.
